An active weather pattern is expected to give us some periodic rain, but we'll have good drying conditions in between the fronts and storms, with wind and sunshine. Some cool nights are expected, but there shouldn't be any frost for the most part. Central and northern Minnesota may have a light frost Thursday morning (10th), in low lying areas.
Wednesday (9th) is sunny and pleasant, with 40's at daybreak, and high's in the 60's with light winds.
Thursday is partly sunny, with a chance for a light showers in the western areas of Minnesota and into Iowa in the afternoon, and more scattered showers and possible thunderstorms will be around Friday and Friday night, with rain amounts 0.40-1.00", with the heavier amounts in the western areas of the states of Iowa and Minnesota.
Dry, sunny weather with 70's for highs and 50's and 40's for lows can be expected Saturday and Sunday, with a chance for rain showers Monday (mainly south and east Minnesota drifting into Iowa by Tuesday), and then dry again for 2-3 days the middle of next week.
Have a safe day on and off the farm.
